State genuine reference and final prices, dates, voucher availability, additional charges, restrictions and redemption steps. The 30 day reference price evidence rule is an internal portal rule, not a universal statutory requirement. Do not guarantee income, fabricate reviews or discounts, conceal material conditions or copy materials without rights.
Advertising labels and reporting
Not every catalog entry is advertising. Where a placement qualifies as advertising, including qualifying paid emphasis, it must display an advertising label, advertiser details or a link to them, and a valid erid identifier. Obtain the identifier through an ORD before distribution; ERIR reporting and applicable mandatory levies follow law and the parties’ agreement. Entering erid does not prove ORD registration: moderators check the basis and records. Paid promotion without completed labeling is blocked.
Prohibited listings
Fraudulent or illegal offers, gambling, betting, loans, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, prescription medicines, weapons and adult material are prohibited. Regulated services require licenses and mandatory notices; publication is refused if proper checks are impossible. Spam, duplicates and moderation evasion are prohibited.
