Shopper offer

The operator provides 55.ru functionality and voucher checkout. The goods or services contract is with the merchant identified in the offer; the payment recipient, item and amount are shown before payment. The voucher, order terms and this offer govern the transaction. The operator performs its own duties, including statutory aggregator duties, and does not exclude lawful liability.

Before payment, check the merchant, description, total price, extra payment, dates, location, booking requirements and restrictions. Paying for a specific order after reviewing its terms accepts that order. A voucher may be a prepayment: remaining and total prices appear on the offer. Free vouchers require no payment. Undisclosed mandatory charges are prohibited.

After payment confirmation, the voucher code and QR appear in My 55. Enter full card details only with the payment provider, never in chat. Electronic receipts are issued as required by Law 54-FZ; merchant, agent and item details must match the actual settlement model. Test transactions do not charge money before live payments are connected.

Present the voucher within its validity period under the published terms. Keep its code private: redemption marks it used. Merchant refusal, inaccurate terms, service cancellation and other breaches are handled by support and the merchant under applicable law.
