I authorize the 55.ru operator to process my requests through the chatbot’s integrated data processor to provide help about discounts, promo codes, vouchers, promotions and publishing offers. The integrated processor means the portal software that receives a question, selects help information and prepares a response.
2. Data and limits
The response uses the current question, interface language and public portal help. Message history, order data and account details are not included in the response context. Full conversation text is not saved in the portal database or logs. Do not enter names, addresses, phone numbers, card data, passwords, other people’s data or secrets. The chatbot provides help and cannot place orders, make payments or issue refunds.
3. Current operating mode
The chat currently uses the portal help processor. Additional request processors are temporarily disabled. Before connecting them, the operator verifies service operation, obtains legal review of processing terms, data scope and necessary notices, and publishes updated documents.
4. Duration, withdrawal and evidence
The checkbox is unchecked by default and applies until reloading or unchecking. It does not consent to advertising, publication of data or a contract. Standard help remains available without additional consent. “Clear” removes interface messages. Send withdrawal and processing questions to admin@administrator.ru. When additional processing is confirmed, the server may retain the time, consent version and hash, protected IP identifier and question hash without its text for up to one year. Assistant responses may contain errors; offer and order details determine terms and prices.
