Email admin@administrator.ru with subject “55.ru refund”: order number, deal link, situation and requested remedy. Attach payment evidence without full card data. You can also report violations through “Report a problem” on the offer page. Do not publish personal details or voucher codes.

Grounds depend on the purchase: service cancellation, defects, delays, nonperformance or inaccurate information. Mandatory consumer rights under Law 2300-1 remain intact. For service cancellation, only evidenced actual expenses may be considered where law permits. Aggregator prepayment claims are assessed under Article 12; where a ten day deadline applies, website terms do not extend it. Refunds follow a lawful method considering the original payment and claimant rights. Voucher expiry does not automatically permit retention of the entire prepayment.

The identified merchant is responsible for goods or service fulfillment; the operator is responsible for its own conduct and aggregator duties. Support helps route requests but does not restrict contacting the merchant, Rospotrebnadzor or a court. Statutory jurisdiction and deadlines remain applicable.
