1. Publishing and authority
A company or sole trader registers through an authorized representative and supplies accurate legal details, address, hours and contacts. The merchant fulfills shopper contracts, accepts vouchers as published, issues required records and promptly reports changes. Tax ID validation or moderation does not constitute government quality certification.
2. Plans, commission and promotion
Current prices, free listing limits, commission and minimum payout are shown on the business page and in the account before purchase. Paid promotion does not guarantee sales or profit. Commission is charged on paid vouchers; transactions appear in the account. Promotion balance and voucher earnings are separate. Payment for a selected service after review accepts that service order.
3. Settlements, refunds and advertising
Provide valid settlement details for payouts; timing and procedure are agreed in settlement documents. Shopper refunds and adjustments are recorded with reasons. Agency arrangements, payment collection authority, taxes, receipts and advertising levies must be settled before live transactions. Advertising placements require proper labels and erid where required; ORD/ERIR reporting responsibilities follow the agreement and law.
4. Moderation and termination
The operator may request evidence, reject inaccurate offers or pause publication to investigate complaints. The company can see the reason and contact support. Blocking does not end shopper obligations or automatically forfeit funds. Service cancellation and refunds account for actual performance and applicable law.
