Guarantees
- ModerationEvery offer and every edit is reviewed before publishing. Businesses confirm their INN.
- Coupon refundsIf a business has closed or refused a valid coupon, write to us via “Report a problem” and we will refund your money.
- PaymentPayments are processed by YooKassa: bank cards, SBP, SberPay. We do not store card details.
Listing rules
- The business is responsible for the accuracy of terms, prices and dates.
- A discount is calculated from the regular price at which the product or service was sold over the last 30 days.
- Not allowed: gambling and betting, loans and credit, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, prescription drugs, weapons, 18+ goods, and anything prohibited by law.
- One product or service — one offer, no duplicates.
- A coupon must be accepted for its entire validity period. A refusal is grounds for a refund to the buyer at the business’s expense.
- After reports an offer may be hidden for re-check; for violations the business is blocked.

How do I find a deal?
Open the catalog and choose your city, deal type and category. Compare terms, dates, merchant and total price. Promo codes are applied at the merchant website; vouchers appear in My 55. Check the offer page for availability and eligibility.
How do I use a promo code?
Select “Show promo code”, copy it and open the merchant website. Apply it at checkout. Check minimum spend, eligible items, city, expiry and new customer restrictions. If it fails, vote and report the issue on the offer page.
Voucher or promo code?
A promo code discounts an order at the merchant. A voucher is obtained on 55.ru and stored in your account with a code and QR. A paid voucher may cover only part of the price: check the total and any remaining payment before paying. Free vouchers require no payment. Keep voucher codes out of chat.
My voucher was refused. What now?
Keep the order number and a description of the issue. Email admin@administrator.ru, subject “55.ru refund”, and report the problem on the offer page. The merchant and operator handle it within their responsibilities. Procedure and deadlines depend on the claim; mandatory consumer rights remain. Chat cannot issue refunds.
How do I publish an offer?
Create a business account and supply your tax ID, legal name, registration number, address, hours and contacts. Add a discount, promo code, voucher, free offer or promotion with accurate prices, terms and dates. It appears in the catalog after moderation. The free plan allows up to 5 active offers. Sales and profit are not guaranteed.
What does publishing cost?
Free: up to 5 active offers. Paid voucher sales commission: 15%. Feed bump: 99 ₽; 7 day highlighting: 199 ₽; 7 day homepage promotion: 990 ₽; 30 day Pro plan: 1,990 ₽. Minimum payout: 1,000 ₽. Check the current account price before purchase.
How do promotion and ad labels work?
Businesses can buy feed bumps, highlighting and homepage promotion. Advertising needs an ad label, advertiser details and a valid ORD erid where law requires. Complete the offer’s advertising fields before purchasing promotion. The portal does not automatically register erid or promise a specific number of customers.
Payments and safety
Enter card details only with the payment provider. Never send passwords, SMS codes, card data, names, addresses or voucher codes in chat. Read the terms and merchant details before purchase. Report suspicious offers using the report form. Support: admin@administrator.ru, +7 495 755-33-76.
